Mi Locura
Accessibility statement
Mi Locura (Ismael Moreno López, NIF 48956325C) is committed to making its website https://mi-locura.vercel.app/ accessible to as many people as possible, whatever their abilities or the technology they use to browse.
Mi Locura is not part of the public sector and this website does not provide e-commerce services, so this statement is made on a voluntary basis. The technical benchmarks used are the UNE-EN 301549:2022 standard (Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the same ones required of public sector sites by the Spanish Real Decreto 1112/2018.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the UNE-EN 301549:2022 standard and with WCAG 2.1 level AA, owing to the lack of conformity of the aspects set out in the following section.
Non-accessible content
The content set out below is not fully accessible for the following reasons:
- a) Lack of conformity: the site has been designed following the WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria, but there may be occasional editing errors or specific points still to be reviewed, especially in content that is updated frequently, such as the photographs of the dishes or the menu texts.
- b) Disproportionate burden: not claimed.
- c) Content outside the scope of the benchmark applied:
- The video of the premises shown on the homepage is decorative: it plays without sound, on a loop, and adds no information that is not also available in the text of the page. It has no subtitles or audio description because it contains no dialogue or voice-over.
- The menu in PDF format, if it is published for download, may not meet all the accessibility requirements for documents. The same information is available in the digital menu, which is a web page that can be navigated and is adapted for mobile.
- There may be content served by third parties that is neither developed nor controlled by this website, such as the map service for getting to the premises, the digital menu or the social media profiles.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 20/08/2026.
The method used was a self-assessment carried out by FIDELIZACARD, S.L. (trading as Ingenialitics), responsible for the development and technical maintenance of the website, reviewing the code, the colour contrast, keyboard navigation and the heading structure.
Statement last reviewed: 20/08/2026.

Measures taken
Among others, the following measures have been taken to support accessibility:
- A hierarchical, consistent heading structure on every page.
- Alternative text on the images that convey information, and marking as decorative those that do not.
- Links with text that clearly indicates their function or their destination, avoiding expressions such as «click here».
- Sufficient contrast between the text and the background. Body text on the black background comfortably exceeds the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required at level AA.
- Full keyboard navigation, with the focus always visible.
- Forms with labels associated with each field and understandable error messages.
- Use of W3C standards: HTML5 and CSS3, with semantic markup.
- Responsive design that allows the text to be enlarged to 200 per cent without any loss of content or functionality.
- Respect for the system preference for reduced motion in animations.
Compatibility
This website:
- Has been designed in line with current standards and meeting the level AA accessibility criteria of WCAG 2.1.
- Is optimised for the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Opera.
- Offers a responsive design so that it can be viewed on any device, with particular attention to mobile.
- Has been developed with HTML5 and CSS3, without relying on obsolete technologies or external plug-ins.
